Kinnaird College has had the honor of introducing a Parliamentary style of debates in Pakistan in the early 1990s. The tournament shall be governed by the rules of the World Universities Debating Championship (WUDC) format Both English and Urdu shall follow the British Parliamentary format. Encouraging inclusivity and appreciating young talent. Hence there shall be separate U-19 breaks.
